Earlier this year the hospitality industry faced a challenge, the likes of which we have never seen before. In the best interests of both our customers and their stakeholders, as well as the industry itself, we made the decision to pause all billing for two months in an attempt to help mitigate the economic effects of COVID-19. During that time, our customers’ campaigns continued to run as normal, at no cost to them. And while we recognize that no single gesture can outweigh the enormous impact of the current moment, we have been touched by the response to this initiative, and by all the ways that our industry is coming together to make sure we come out of this stronger on the other side.
